wow, mini-haikus! I thought haikus were short, but you have 'em beat! I counted the syllables in these four pomes - 11 was the most. :) Love 'em - this one in particular reminded me of my grandma's skinny arms when she was 86 - paper-thin skin with prominent veins :)
stray, tear, listless and swollen too...?!!! Loved stray and tear especially. Did you notice, you can add your "stray" and "tear" at the end of the poems also...making a nice haiku!
